    Thanks to Sculpin, I found this interesting piece on mesclun salad mix in the U.S., specifically California. It’s a good read and the rest of the blog looks interesting, as well.
    I’m impressed by anyone who can talk about butchering and preparing birria de chivo correctly. ^_^
